We Dispatch Logics (“WDL”) is a truck dispatching company based in Johar Town, Lahore. This policy explains what information we collect through wedispatchlogics.pk, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

Information we collect
We only collect information that helps us run this website and hire the right people. There is no contact form or account sign-up for visitors on this site.
1. Job applications. When you click “Apply Now”, you are taken to a Google Form. The form may ask for your name, phone number, email, education, experience, location and similar details. Google stores these answers for us, and only our HR team reviews them.
2. Messages you send us. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
3. Website usage data. Like most websites, our hosting server automatically records basic technical details, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We may also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are popular). This data is used in summary form and is not used to identify you personally.
4. Cookies. Cookies are small files saved in your browser. Our website itself does not need cookies for normal visitors. Google Analytics, when enabled, uses cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the website will still work.

How we use your information
We use your information to review job applications, contact shortlisted candidates, reply to your questions, and keep our website working well and secure.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside WDL, except with the service providers listed above or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep job applications for up to 12 months after the hiring process ends, so we can contact you about future openings. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your application sooner.
How we protect it
Only the WDL team members who need your information can see it. Our website uses secure connections (HTTPS), and we limit and monitor access to our admin area. No website is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct any wrong information;
- delete your application or messages.

Children
This website and our jobs are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
